  • Protection of the tenant’s deposit and serving of associated documentation as required by legislation.
  • Management: of your tenanted property on a day to day basis by our dedicated property management team, dealing with tenant enquiries, arranging repairs and maintenance on a basis agreed with you, unless urgent action is required and where we are advised of an emergency.
  • Assistance: in compliance with local licencing authority requirements where requested to do so. This is a valuable paid for service for what is an onerous and time consuming task and which is not included in our standard management package. Separate quotation provided upon request.
  • Collection of rent and transfer to your account via same day banking system
  • Arrangement of regular tenancy inspections on a basis agreed with you, subject to access arrangements agreed with the tenant and reporting to you in written and photographic format. Inspection examples available upon request.
  • Arrangement of gas safety inspections on an annual basis.
  • Arrangement of tenancy renewals as agreed with you and the tenant.
  • Negotiations for review of rent at the time of tenancy renewal.
  • Access to ARLA legal advice.
  • Access to a first class specialist legal team for landlord and tenant disputes- a valuable paid for service not included in our standard package and for which a separate quotation will be provided upon request.
